That's that, then. Forget court action. The way to abolish the Bedroom Tax is to elect the party that is committed to the abolition of the Bedroom Tax.
This is a good day for parliamentary sovereignty, which, with municipalism, is the democracy in social democracy, and without which the Attlee Government could have done little or nothing.
