Food For Thought

Frank Field's Bill to tackle food poverty during the school holidays enjoys enormous cross-party support.

It would deserve Government time even if the Government had rather more of a legislative programme than this one has.

But would not a Member of Parliament who eschewed cross-party co-operation as a matter of principle feel obliged to vote against it?

Meanwhile, support the striking workers of McDonald's. They won in New Zealand, and they can win here.
